InsightFinder UIE 4.6 Release Updates June 2024: Unlocking Faster Incident Resolution and Enhanced Anomaly Detection

We are excited to announce the release of InsightFinder UIE 4.6, packed with innovative features that empower you to resolve incidents faster, detect anomalies more effectively, and streamline your workflow. In this blog post, we’ll dive into the key updates and enhancements that make this release a game-changer for incident management and anomaly detection.

InsightFinder Co-Pilot: Your New Incident Resolution Partner

Our new InsightFinder Co-Pilot is designed to provide personalized recommendations for incident resolution. This AI-powered co-pilot offers actionable guidance, allowing you to quickly identify the root cause of the issue and take corrective actions. What’s more, you can provide feedback to improve the accuracy of the recommendations, ensuring that the system learns and adapts to your specific needs.

Streamline Log File Analysis with Drag-and-Drop File Utility

The new drag-and-drop file utility for log file to anomaly detection makes it easier than ever to discover anomalies quickly. Simply drag and drop your log files into the system, and InsightFinder will do the rest, providing you with actionable insights and recommendations for resolution.

CDF Model Drift Detection Enhancements: Rerun, Upload, and Visualize

We’ve enhanced our Cumulative Distribution Function (CDF) model drift detection capabilities to support rerunning and uploading reference models. This allows you to refine your models and improve the accuracy of your anomaly detection. Additionally, you can now display historical and reference CDF graphs simultaneously, making it easier to visualize and analyze your data.

UI/UX Improvements: Enhanced Configuration and Filtering

We’ve made significant upgrades to our data collector configuration pages, making it easier to set up and manage your data sources. Time range filtering has also been added to the causal graph display, allowing you to focus on specific time periods and gain deeper insights. The service map root cause filter has also been introduced, enabling you to quickly identify the root cause of issues.

Other Enhancements: Median Aggregation, Time-Based Dampening, and More

We’ve introduced a new median aggregation mode in log2metric, providing a more robust way to analyze your data. A new time-based dampening setting has also been added to enhance anomaly generation, ensuring that your system is more accurate and responsive. Performance improvements have been made to the unified health view, and various enhancements have been implemented to improve the accuracy of root cause analysis.

New Data Ingestion Integrations: Dynatrace and Snowflake

We’re rolling out new data ingestion integrations with Dynatrace and Snowflake, expanding the range of data sources you can connect to InsightFinder. This enables you to leverage a broader range of data sources, providing a more comprehensive view of your system’s performance and behavior.

InsightFinder UIE 4.6 is a significant release that empowers you to resolve incidents faster, detect anomalies more effectively, and streamline your workflow. With the introduction of the Co-Pilot, drag-and-drop file utility, and CDF enhancements, you’ll be able to tackle complex issues with confidence.
