AI Observability
As companies move to deploy production AI models (both traditional ML models and Generative AI models), InsightFinder is expanding its offerings to meet the unique challenges of enterprise-scale AI model management. Feedback from customers indicates that enterprise-scale AI Observability will be a significant growth area going forward.The newest capability for this market is our intelligent Model Drift Detection. This provides AI observability support by leveraging the InsightFinder Unified Intelligence Engine (UIE) for AI platform optimization.
Elevating User Experience
We’re improving our customers’ user experience with new additions. User-centric enhancements such as UI/UX Improvements streamline data collection and analysis processes, ensuring a seamless user experience. Expanded Data Ingestion Integrations with OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, and Big Panda provide users with a comprehensive view of system health and performance, empowering them with actionable insights.
Redefining Customer Experience with Key New Customers
InsightFinder achieved significant milestones with a 3x YoY revenue increase. We’ve added new customers including Lenovo, Visa, and Comcast, and renewed partnerships with all existing customers. Key Staff Additions
We continue to grow the InsightFinder team, in particular building out key roles across the organization. Just this year:
Ciaran Byrne joined InsightFinder as VP of Product & Design. Bringing over many years of rich experience in AI/ML, AIOps, Observability, and IT Operations Management, Byrne is set to steer InsightFinder’s product vision and strategy into new heights of success and market leadership.
Yuhua Zhong joined InsightFinder as VP of Engineering. Building on a strong career building and running software engineering teams that deliver high availability enterprise SaaS solutions, Yuhua will guide the engineering team as we move into new market areas.
Dr Fogo Tunde-Onadele joined as a Data Scientist. He brings extensive experience in AI driven automatic distributed system debugging. He brings tremendous expertise to the company.
Finally, we are thrilled to announce the addition of Dr Haixun Wang as AI advisor to InsightFinder. Dr Wang is an IEEE Fellow, a Distinguished Fellow at the Fellows Fund, and the VP of AI at Instacart. He brings a rare combination of technical and industry perspective to the organization.
Funding
InsightFinder has secured additional funding in 2024 and raised $22 million in total from leading investors and National Science Foundation Small Business Innovation and Research Grant to ensure continued investment and growth while we bring our solutions to market.
