InsightFinder AI Closes $15M Series B to Fix How Enterprises Monitor AI Systems

InsightFinder AI, founded by North Carolina State University computer science professor and CEO Helen Gu, has raised $15 million in a Series B round led by Yu Galaxy. The startup has spent nearly a decade applying machine learning to IT infrastructure reliability and is now targeting the growing challenge of AI model observability in production environments.

Gu argued that diagnosing AI model failures requires monitoring data, models, and infrastructure simultaneously — not in isolation. The company’s newest product, Autonomous Reliability Insights, uses unsupervised machine learning, proprietary language models, and causal inference to detect and remediate issues end-to-end.

Customers include UBS, NBCUniversal, Google Cloud, and Comcast. The company, which has raised $35 million in total, reported revenue growing more than threefold in the past year.
