InsightFinder AI has announced the launch of ARI Mobile, a new operational AI agent designed for both iOS and Android platforms. This tool allows on-call engineers to investigate incidents using natural language, providing full root-cause analysis and enabling remediation actions directly from their smartphones.
ARI Mobile triages alerts, identifies root causes, and guides remediation within the InsightFinder console. Unlike traditional notification apps that merely alert engineers to issues, ARI Mobile offers a comprehensive operational agent that informs users about what broke, what is affected, and what actions to take.
With the engineer’s approval, it can also automatically perform the necessary actions.
Engineers can interact with ARI Mobile by asking questions such as “What broke?” or “What changed in the last hour?” The app provides detailed insights, including root causes, blast radius, related signals, and recommended fixes, all without requiring context-switching.
