We’re looking for a Director of Growth who can bring the next wave of demand generation and content excellence to InsightFinder. This is a career-defining opportunity to shape the growth engine at a fast-moving AI startup.
Responsibilities
The Director of Growth will be equal parts demand gen strategist and content marketing leader. You’ll experiment boldly, optimize relentlessly, and craft content pipelines that map to our customer journeys.
- Own demand generation strategy and execution across channels, leveraging HubSpot as your growth command center.
- Design, launch, and iterate data-driven campaigns: running A/B tests, segmenting audiences, and constantly optimizing for cost-per-MQL.
- Build a multi-channel funnel that balances paid, organic, email, events, and partnerships, always measuring ROI.
- Oversee and evolve InsightFinder’s content engine: from blogs and whitepapers to webinars, newsletters, and case studies.
- Use generative AI tools for scale and speed, but hold firm on high-quality editorial standards and depth of domain expertise.
- Translate technical concepts in AI observability into engaging, useful, and trustworthy content.
- Shape and maintain a content library that empowers prospects at each stage of their journey—from awareness to conversion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support to align campaigns and messaging.
- Lead with curiosity: test new channels, learn quickly, double down on what works.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, and/or content marketing.
- Strong track record of HubSpot mastery—automation, reporting, lead scoring, segmentation.
- Proven ability to generate and scale MQLs through multi-channel campaigns.
- Analytical thinker with a bias for action: you live in dashboards and love funnel math.
- Strong writing and editing chops—you care deeply about precision, clarity, and storytelling.
- Experience leveraging generative AI for content workflows (without sacrificing quality).
- Familiarity with observability, AI/ML, DevOps, or enterprise SaaS markets is a plus.
- Creative, scrappy, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
- A team player who’s excited to grow into a leadership role and build scalable processes from the ground up.
